In the fall of 2006, Tina took the opportunity to purchase The Paint Escape from her friends and employers, carrying on the five year tradition of paint your own pottery on South Whidbey Island.

Tina and staff will strive to make every visitor comfortable, no matter how much or little painting experience they may have. We believe that the time in our shop is about the process of being creative, of remembering a time when we didn’t doubt ourselves or our abilities. We believe wholeheartedly,

“There’s a little artist in each of us, waiting to be discovered!”

We invite you to come and paint with us, celebrate your holidays, family gatherings, birthdays, weddings, new children or come celebrate just the everyday moments!

We look forward to painting with you soon! ~ Tina

Directions:
From Seattle, take I-5 north to exit 189. Proceed west, past the big Boeing plant, to 84th St. Turn right and at the second traffic light turn right again onto Mukilteo Speedway which will take you downhill to the Mukilteo ferry terminal. Ferries run approximately every half hour. From the ferry docks in Clinton, proceed up Highway 525 about 10 miles to Freeland. Turn right at the large Freeland sign onto Scott Road and proceed about 1/2 mile. Scott Road will turn into Main Street and the shop will be on your left just past the Harbor Road intersection.
